Designer Diary – Autumnal Trends 2022

Autumnal Trends for 2022

As the seasons change and we move ever more closer to the colder months, our Design Assistant Tara has been looking at new and exciting trends for Autumn 2022.

With an inspiration flowing through from the 1970’s, warm mustards, rich oranges and terracotta and soft sage colours will dominate the interior design world this autumn.  By throwing in a dash of cobalt blue to cool the mood gives a clean and stylish finish to any interior.

With Halloween just around the corner and cooler nights draw in, an emphasis on pumpkin colours will play a stylish backdrop to any colour finish and furniture and décor, being of a rust or leather tone, all add to the 1970’s mood.

Wall panelling adds an elegant feel and backdrop  to any room in stylish earthy tones.  Adding a depth and warmth to any room.  Adding a shelf of two to display your favourite pieces all adds to the elegant feel of a lounge, a dining room, a study or even a bedroom.

Tiling in a graphic symmetry for kitchens or bathrooms adds a throwback to the era and woods and clean lines all add to the look.
