We have put together our Aftersales procedure with our customers being at the heart of everything we do. With this in mind, the first year in your new home or lodge is as important to us as it is to you.
We want to make the first 12 months as smooth as possible with minimal disruptions to your everyday lives and that’s why we will ensure that our visits are as non-intrusive and smooth as we can possibly make them.
With this in mind, you will find a copy of our procedure already available in your new Oakgrove, although if you are unable to have this to hand, please find a copy below:-

We strive to ensure that you have two visits in the first year of occupancy. If your second visit cannot be scheduled before the end of your first 12 months, rest assured you will not be forgotten.
You will be scheduled as soon as we have all materials available, and our team of engineers are on our schedule to visit.
Gold Shield Warranty – Make sure you are Registered.
All Oakgrove Lodges and Park Homes are covered by a 10-year Gold Shield Warranty, so you can rest assured that the structure of your new property is guaranteed within the Gold Shield registration process.
You will find a copy of the warranty within the Oakgrove information found within your lodge or home and please ensure that when you have moved in, if your park operator has not registered this, that this is one of the first things on your tick list to do.
