Your local council may request to see your chosen design as part of the approval process.
Once planning permission is granted, you must also ensure that your lodge has access to your chosen utilities; gas, water, and electricity. We can assist by advising on the necessary connection points based on your lodge’s design. After completing the required groundwork, your bespoke luxury lodge will be delivered and installed with the utmost care and attention to detail. All Oakgrove homes are covered by a 10-year Gold Shield Warranty, so you can rest assured that the structure of your new property is guaranteed within the Gold Shield registration process.
You will find a copy of the warranty within the Oakgrove information found within your lodge or home and please ensure that when you have moved in, if your park operator has not registered this, that this is one of the first things on your tick list to do.
